Inflation will be the top story, with April’s Consumer Price Index releasing on Wednesday. Look for the Producer Price Index on Thursday, which will give us news on wholesale inflation. Also of note, the latest data on optimism among small businesses will be reported by the NFIB on Tuesday. Jobless Claims will be released as usual on Thursday. Investors will also be closely watching Wednesday’s 10-year Note and Thursday’s 30-year Bond auctions for the level of demand.
