A stack of warm, homemade pancakes is perfect for enjoying happy holiday mornings with your family this season. This easy recipe from Allrecipes makes 8 servings and is sure to be a crowd pleaser.

In a large bowl, sift 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder, 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Make a well in the center and add 1 1/4 cups milk, 3 tablespoons melted butter and 1 egg. Mix until smooth.

Heat a lightly oiled griddle or pan over medium-high heat. Scoop batter onto griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry, about 2 to 3 minutes. Flip and cook until browned on the other side. Repeat with remaining batter.

Top with maple syrup, fresh fruit and enjoy.
